Which Course is Right for Me?

Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI)
This training enables participants to develop, implement, and maintain a compliant Food Safety Plan in accordance with 21 CFR 117 by integrating hazard analysis, preventive controls, and verification activities. It emphasizes the use of scientific and data-driven methods to validate and verify controls, conduct effective root-cause analysis, and document corrective and preventive actions, while integrating traceability (FSMA 204), environmental monitoring, and food safety culture into facility-wide systems—preparing participants to demonstrate the full competencies of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and support ongoing regulatory compliance.
Certified HACCP
This training covers core HACCP requirements aligned with USDA regulations and GFSI schemes, including prerequisite programs and foundational controls that support effective implementation. Participants learn to identify and evaluate biological, chemical, and physical hazards in raw materials and throughout the process, build and manage the HACCP plan using risk-based methods, and apply validation, verification, and continuous improvement to maintain an effective food safety system.
SQF
This training builds a clear understanding of the intent and structure of the SQF Code and how to interpret and apply its system elements across applicable food sector categories. Participants learn to develop, maintain, and continuously improve an SQF-compliant food safety management system, build and measure an effective food safety culture, implement verification and validation activities that demonstrate system effectiveness, and sustain a robust food safety and quality management system over time.
