01. What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled training course. Registration fee refunds will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail at: corina@fsnqs.com .
02. Are participant substitutions allowed?
Participant substitutions will be allowed at any time for the scheduled course. Transfer of registration to another scheduled date will be honored if course is attended within 90 days and contingent upon a minimum 3 business day request of transfer. If the course is not attended within such time frame, registration fees shall be forfeited.
03. What happens if my course is postponed or canceled?
Every effort is made to ensure training dates are secured. However, training course dates are subject to change. In the event of a course cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Food Safety and Quality Systems, LLC is not responsible for participants’ travel/rebooking costs. Participants will be given the option of transfer to scheduled course date, registration fees can be transferred to another employee or refunded.
04. How do I obtain my certificate after training?
PCQI: PCQI Certificates are issued by IFTPI directly upon successful completion of the course content and receipt of payment. Following the course each participant will receive an email from IFTPI confirming their completion. You can obtain a copy of your certificate by:

2) After clicking the above link, log in using the credentials below.
3) Click on your certificate to view and print your copy. The latest version of Adobe Reader is recommended before attempting to print the certificate.
Learning Management System credentials:
Username: your email address
Password: Password! (If you have an existing password then please use that password. Use the “Forgot Password?” link if you need to reset your password.)
SQF: SQF: Certificate of Attendance will be provided by FSNQS upon successful completion of the course content and receipt of payment. PDF of the certificate will be sent to the email provided at the time of registration.
Certified HACCP: HACCP certificates contain a seal which is necessary to make them valid. Certified HACCP certificates will be sent via UPS/Fed-ex with a tracking number upon successful completion of required course content, receipt of the completed workbook and payment for registration fees.

05. How do I get a duplicate copy of my certificate?
SQF: Email the Business Manager at corina@fsnqs.com. Please provide dates of attendance and company information. A PDF of the certificate can be provided via email with no charge.

06. How are public courses conducted?
All public courses are provided via a live trainer-led webinar on Teams Meetings. On-site private courses are available upon request, please reach out to us for additional information.
07. How do I join my training course?
After your registration is processed you will receive a calendar invitation with Teams Meeting information for your course date. More detailed course information and training materials will be provided in a separate email.
